One week anniversary and still 6ibs over surgery weight. It doesn't seem possible.

Yep its a bunch if BS but it passes. The first month was bad for me.

I was told in WW that when exercising your muscles will hold Water as well. So I agree to up the Fluid intake and make certain that you do release it. I don't even get flustered if its that time because water retention is a great possibly.
