Yes, they do, I take Citrical 2 gummies per day. They chalky chewable Calcium were just too tangy for me post op, I couldn't stomach them at all and asked my surgeon if I could take the gummies and he gave the ok. Good luck!!

I get mine from my surgeon, I think they are Bariatric Advantage brand, but I might be wrong. the caramel are really good. So the last time I got caramel and a bag a chocolate so I can mix them up.

Calcet chewables - they are awesome! They come in chocolate and lemon. BA caramel chews are okay, too - but the Calcet chocolate are like little fudge squares! ;)

Also if you order 3 boxes shipping is free. That's what I did. They taste good. Like a little treat.

I just started taking the CitriCal gummies and they're not too bad. I found that a lot of the chocolate or caramel flavored chews contain Calcium phosphate and my doc wants me to take calcium citrate.< /p>

The Bariatric Advantage chewy bites (caramel, chocolate, raspberry or lemon) and the calcet Creamy Bites (chocolate or lemon) are both calcium citrate. They're probably a bit more expensive than other options, but they're very tasty - sort of my "dessert" at the end of lunch and dinner.< /p>

That's the kind I take as well!

Is there a list of all the Vitamins that we must take after having the sleeve? I heard some take just the multi vites and others add lots more...I want to be sure i'm fully covered but also not taking stuff i don't need to take...also, do you all take the gummi vites (little critters) two a day or do you use more? Thanks!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
