golfer1204 6 Posted March 24, 2013 I can't wait to start full liquid phase, I am having a hard time getting 48-64 oz of Fluid in right now.
AndreB2S 1 Posted March 24, 2013 I'm getting down about 2 Protein Shakes, and slowly sipping diet iced tea and Water. I do still get spasms every now and then - especially if I drink something too cold. Warm chicken Soup feels good though!

rickster7753 16 Posted March 24, 2013 I'm doing two Protein Shakes a day along with diet iced tea, flavored water, Decaf coffee, sf Jello or anything I can try to mix it up. I'm getting in my 48-64 oz but its not easy. Lots of cramping unless I take it really slow. But, down 5 lbs since surgery. Love it!
