jobyro 9 Posted March 24, 2013 I'm in the soft food stages and it seems so many of my allowed foods that have decent amounts of Protein are cheeses. Light string cheese, low fat cottage cheese, light baby bell cheese, thinly sliced cheese with deli turkey, etc. I love cheese so it's fine but am I eating too much of it?
