diannepj1960 28 Posted March 23, 2013 Yes i was told to increase my intake when i had a stall for two weeks,so now o time my self every two to remind me to eat, even when i'm not hungry,and it's hard because if i listen to my stomach i will never eat lol..and also only do your weight once a week,and i know that's hard too.and also it may not show you are losing on the scale but you could be losing inches,that will not show on scale..and if you are exercising,you really needs to up your intake,i only was able to get on my treadmill once this week and i see the scale are dropping looks like i lose more when i'm not exercising Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
