HOSS7123 1 Posted March 23, 2013 Ok, as i lose weight i am really starting to see the excess skin develop. I am wondering what exercises, if any, fellow sleevers have found to combat this problem. Gin1120 21 Posted March 23, 2013 I'm so afraid of this..thankfully I have a planet fitness near me and with the 20/month plan you can have an unlimited guest, tanning and a trainer...pretty good deal so when I'm off total restriction (3 weeks from now) I will ask the trainer...Can't wait!!!
