Are calcium softgels okay to take?

Hello all,

Just what the topic title says; is it okay to take Calcium softgels? I'm not really fond of calcium chews. And from some of the info I read here, looks like some folks take pills, so I take it softgels would be okay as well?

I think the most important thing no matter what kind you do is to make sure they are calcium citrate, Other than that I would think they should be fine
