socks4 0 Posted March 22, 2013 Newbie here I have lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks since my sleeve. Does that sound like a normal amount? 2 Protein Shakes a day, 2 greek yogurts = 84 grams of Protein. 40-60 oz of Water. Walk 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Does this sound like I am on the right track. ISleevedIt 380 Posted March 22, 2013 Yep, I say you're on the right track. That's great weight loss! I mix up what I do. I walk at different times of the day (since I don't go back to work til April 1, due to hand surgery a week and a half ago) and different distances. I also increase calories about 2 times a week and I drink at least 9 cups of Water a day. I'm trying to not let my body get into a routine and think it's time to stall and hold onto the fat/fluids. This is after my stall broke about a week ago. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't hit another stall any time soon. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
