To be honest I haven't even tried this product but I have just bought it for my auckland - LaX trip (and home again) in a few weeks . I've got friends who have tried it and say its great!

It's a 100ml bottle of concentrate you put into your water bottle

Benefits - electrolytes (fatigue) , Vitamin B (energy) polyphenol (supports circulation) low calorie ... As I'm on a loooong flight anything to help w circulation sounds good to me. I'm worried about blood clots - will also get the compression socks.
