Gout and Vitamin Deficiency :-( HELP!

Did my lab work and my GP called said I have Gout and a Vitamin Deficiency.... What does this mean?? Will it effect my surgery?? Suppose to see the nurse in my surgeons office next friday... kinda stressed now... Anyone have this problem??

Most overweight people have low Vit D...don't really know why gout...do you have kidney issues?
