Kristina J. 581 Posted March 22, 2013 I love the idea, and with 2 toddler girls at home, I have PLENTY of pink sippy cups! lol But some seem to take it a lot more air than others. And I think the poster that talked about the spill proof valves was onto something. There's a "take and toss" line that has sippy cups that don't have a valve but don't spill much either. They're not leak proof but they seem to me to add the least amount of air per drink!! Maybe worth a try? Maybe I'll ask the doc about sippy cups now!! Lol I was so clumsy during my second pregnancy my husband and mom made me drink out of them after so many spills!!! Lol so I've had plenty of practice! GypsyQueen 198 Posted March 22, 2013 My NUT said using a stir straw is fine (same effect as the sippy cup). I think it's more about quantity, than air.
BigFatLoser 331 Posted March 22, 2013 My nurse said a sippy cup was ok as long as I wasn't getting to much air. And I like the coffee straw idea too!!!
