So far I have almost finished off 3 liters of water and think I can get one more liter in by tonight. I'm am very well hydrated today. Oh and I went from my one month post-op bloodwork today. And fresh green peppers also help with water retention
Susie1226 138 Posted March 21, 2013 Yes this will be my only change bc I can't really up my calories unless I eat slider food. Everything else I can only eat a few ounces especially meat. So hopefully this will work. If it doesn't then gonna go the yogurt route. Someone on YouTube posted it and they do a yogurt day for 2-3 days and they break their stall. They use 0% Fage yogurt and mix in sugar free syrups and fruit.< /p>
