ChristieK 70 Posted March 27, 2013 Well if it makes you feel any better... My doctor had me on 3 shakes a day and 1 meal a day. I think it is only a doctor preference. The diets are for their benefit to shrink your liver. I think you will be fine!! Just breathe, try and get some sleep. Because tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life Good Luck Sleeve Date: March 28, 2013 First Goal 50lbs: July 13, 2013
Kennedy310 33 Posted March 27, 2013 I'm on March 29th & getting a bit nervous as the day approaches. But I'm still very excited for my surgery. I feel rather lucky since my doctor does not require a pre-op diet. I was just advised to reduce my food intake somewhat in this final week. My heart goes out to you all dealing with pre-op restrictions. I'd loved to hear how everyone's surgery goes. Good luck to all!
caglefan69 37 Posted March 27, 2013 I just didn't stick with it completely. I would do the diet but end up having one meal. Today I was shaking I was so hungry ;( we will see tomorrow what the doctor says. Im sure it will be fine. Its not like you went crazy! Can't wait to chat from the losers bench!!
