I am 3 weeks out and am pretty much on solid food. I do 2oz of a Protein Shake at night if I'm short for the day. I have gained 4lbs. I also started walking this week. Has anyone else had this problem? Here is a typical day for me.....breakfast - Greek yogurt. snack either a Protein Bar or Speacial K Protein with skim milk, Lunch- chicken Dinner- some form of meat protein.

I went through the same thing. I was sleeved on 02/11/13 and in my 2nd to 3rd week I gained 6 pounds. I cut out my exercising for a week and lost it all. My doctor said that shouldn't have been what made me lose the weight, but I disagree with him. I think I was overdoing it on the exercising and didn't have enough calories to support both my body functioning and the amount of exercising I was doing, so my body was feeding off the fat. Anyway, that's what I think and sometimes doctors don't know everything. LOL
