onelessfatgirl 103 Posted March 20, 2013 As I am just entering the pureed stage I tonight it might be fun and interesting to see what some other sleevers ate for dinner on any given night. So tell us where you're at in the process and what's for dinner! I'll go first! One week post op. Now in the pureed stage. Pureed mashed potatoes with ricotta seasoned with garlic, pepper, and seasoning salt.

Pureed mashed potatoes with ricotta seasoned with garlic, pepper, and seasoning salt. How did you make that? Did you make regular mashed potatoes (with milk, butter) & then added ricotta or you added ricotta instead of milk/butter? As Ricky Ricardo would have said 'splain Lucy! Thank you! How did it go eating it?

lilbearzmom 584 Posted March 20, 2013 3 months out- yesterday was my sleeviversary. I had about 3 ounces of chicken teriyaki- chicken breast chunks cooked in the wok with a little bit of oil and Kikkoman bottled teriyaki sauce. My family also had noodles and egg rolls. I abstained from those. ))) -Kendra

ISleevedIt 380 Posted March 20, 2013 in my 4th week and another day, I'm "officially" to solid foods. I had ground turkey with taco seasoning and refried Beans cooked together, then I added a little sharp cheddar cheese and some fat free plain greek yogurt. I was able to eat a half cup...well a little more with the big spoonful of yogurt. Delicious recipe I found here. I'm not a fan of ground turkey, but I sure couldn't taste the meat as turkey.
