Holly5.3 423 Posted March 19, 2013 Stalls or slow weight loss be damned! Think about what you want to look and feel like. Say it out loud, "I am a success story in the making! I am doing this!". I believe we can create our destiny...keep thinking, saying or posting that "the sleeve isn't working for me" and it won't work. It doesn't work -we do the work. Even more so after surgery than during Pre-op and surgery and recovery. It's the lifestyle changes we must embrace after the sleeve together with a positive attitude about our future success that makes it happen! Some posts become rediculous- negative energy won't help anyone here! Just sayin'........

gmanbat 5,889 Posted March 19, 2013 http://www.fitday.co...eight-loss.html Slow weight loss/stalls can be beneficial. The biggest reason is that it is easier on your body. Healthier is more important than lighter. Slow down and live:
JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted March 19, 2013 I'm with you on putting the positive out there. I am extremely fortunate to have very positive, supportive people around me through this entire journey. And even happier to share some positive energy and thoughts with anyone that may be struggling. We're all in this together!
Ballermom 803 Posted March 19, 2013 I agree about staying positive. I refuse to let negativity cloud my vision for my Success and my Health. I'm Blessed to be here today and on this Journey. I'm a slightly slow looser. Inches matters most. Lol
