I left my thumbdrive at home with all my VERY valuable list of questions and concerns. I'm currently in Mexico. The thumbdrive is in Washington State. D'oh!

Tests?

Pain?

Nutrition?

Gosh, it's 3:47 right now and I'm leaving the hotel in 45 minutes. Bueller? Bueller??

I saw an amazing post once that had a very detailed list of questions or concerns to ask about. I can't find it!!!

Schedule info, as in how long before returning to work/activities, including lifting restrictions.

What restrictions on medications, both OTC and prescription

Any recommended meds, such as acid reducers, post-surgery

Recommended diet, of course

You already mentioned pain, tests and nutrition, so I won't go into that.
