Just had the easiest, yummiest meal! Took about 3-4 Oz of rotisserie chicken chopped, a handful of fresh spinach & 3 cherry tomatoes & sauted for a few minutes in EVO! Around 150 calories & 28g of protein! Easy & yummy! (must confess, my dogs helped me finish the chicken!) lol

Ohh I like this, I saute 2 mushrooms in evoo and a bit of salt and pepper, added 2 oz rotisserie chicken to that till warm then added 2 oz cheese to bind and slipped it on to a plate. Yummo.

That sounds soooo good just wish I could eat that much, lol I can only eat about 1.5-2 ounces of meat so couldnt even add in the other stuff, lol

yeah I know it does and I was told to try and stay away from tomatos cus of the acid in them, I cant get past my protien before I full I havent really had and veggies or fruits, unless thats the only thing I am having,

I was craving Corned beef and cabbage and usually make it for St Pats day. I made one today in my c rock pot and it was huge. My hubby and son do not like It so I have gobs left over. It was good but only a few bites and its way salty for me. Maybe ill take it to work.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
