Took about 3-4 Oz of rotisserie chicken chopped, a handful of fresh spinach & 3 cherry tomatoes & sauted for a few minutes in EVO! Around 150 calories & 28g of protein! Easy & yummy! Rycherchick 147 Posted March 19, 2013 I was craving Corned beef and cabbage and usually make it for St Pats day. I made one today in my c rock pot and it was huge.
