Am I still swollen at four weeks, still trying get used to soft foods.

Everyone recovers at a different pace, but it's quite normal to still be swollen and have difficulties with soft foods at four weeks. You will likely experience a lot of improvement over the next several weeks, but you probably won't feel completely "normal" until close to three months post-op. Hang in there, the worst of it is already behind you. :)

Four weeks out, I was doing purees and cottage cheese. Some pudding on occassion, but that was it. I slowly pureed my Soups less and less. It just takes time. Some of us take more time for our swelling to go down. It will happen.
