enigmachik 403 Posted March 18, 2013 Everyone recovers at a different pace, but it's quite normal to still be swollen and have difficulties with soft foods at four weeks. You will likely experience a lot of improvement over the next several weeks, but you probably won't feel completely "normal" until close to three months post-op. PdxMan 4,292 Posted March 18, 2013 Four weeks out, I was doing purees and cottage cheese. Some pudding on occassion, but that was it. I slowly pureed my Soups less and less. It just takes time.
