I LOVE them! This is the only kind I've enjoyed. I add sugar free pudding mix and whatever else depending on the flavor I want to make. Some on here count carbs and they say they have too many. I only count Protein and calories. These are seriously delicious shakes. My 19 yr old son even asks me to make them for him as a treat.

p.s. I'm almost 2 years out and I still drink them from time to time for Breakfast or a snack.< /p>

The berry is my favorite...I'd use a higher Protein soy milk or something just to increase the protein level without having to add additional Protein Powder.< /p>
