I finally broke a stall after two weeks

I was so frustrated for two weeks it was along two weeks I took everyone's advice about being patient ( not ! ) and I woke up this morning and was down three pounds I hope I don't come to a stall anytime soon HW:299 SW:290 CW 243

I can relate.. same thing happen to me.. then i lost 5 lbs.,.. then nothing in lst two days... so frustrating..
