Am I eating to much..

I am having no problems eating 4-6 ounces of Protein at a time is this normal. I am 7 weeks out and have lost 46 pounds. I am getting scared because I feel like 3 meals a day as my dietician request me isn't holding me,I feel like I should be eating five times a day so I don't feel like I need to eat. Any help or advice??

what kind of Protein? if meat or chicken that is allot I think. What size bougie did your doc use?

Soft Proteins tuna fish scallops etc.
