giggles232000 56 Posted March 18, 2013 Ok I had my surgery 12/27/12, I am starting to slow down and its starting to get to me I went last week and only lost 3ounces, I am working harder then ever doing 4 miles on most days, if not 4 then 2 miles a day, I did my first 5k on Sat and felt great about it. just getting frustrated w/the weight lose I thought I would be down more, I hardley eat I average about 600-800 cals day, I am taking my Vit getting my Protien, still have a hard time getting my Water but I am getting closer. giggles232000 56 Posted March 18, 2013 Thanks, I am very Happy w/what I have lost, the prob w/uping my caliores is I can eat much I can only have like 3-4bits of something so its all I can do to get in what I have been. the only way I have been getting my protien in is by some protien bars I found that have 21grams of protien if it wasnt for those I wouldnt be getting that in, and the shake my stomach doesnt like anymore Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
