Down 92 pounds surgery 1/21/13

Your doing great. How much more to goal weight? For me I have two goals the first is to be 1 something it could be 199 for all I care. But my final goal is 180 or 170 I would be fine between whichever one :0)

My first goal was to be 180 but now I'm thinking more like 190 I'm 207 rt now the nut says 175 to 185 my husband says 200 because he feels I'm getting too small but damn it I want to be in the 100s so I'm tryna hit that 199 mark rt now 8 pounds to get there

17 pounds I have to get to 190 and 27 to get to the goal my nuts wants me at .. I do agree w my husband if I got under 200 I would look so skinny but I don't mind .. I'm at 207 looking like I'm 175 that's how good I carry my weight for the most part I'm so happy

Your right go with what's comfortable for you. Because mine may change as well. I am not finished having kids yet i have 1 daughter and want one more so I want to have a little wiggle room. But your right those nut charts or way off all women don't have the same body type but keep up the good work girl so proud of you almost there in onederland. Also i will be posting my before and after pic soon.

I had my surgery 2/22 and am down 58lbs. I have had some stalks last two weeks I only lost 2 pounds. I am 7lbs from first goal so figures that's why I'm stalling. I am 60lbs away from goal weight.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
