irish1988 46 Posted March 17, 2013 I am going to try and make this as short as possible.. I was sleeved back in Nov and I have been going at my own pace and I have lost 85lbs. Well, I have this wedding to go to mid April and I am going to be seeing a whole bunch of people who haven't seen me in a long time. I want to make their jaws drop even more so! Does anyone have an exercise routine or anything like that, that could possibly help me boost a little extra weight loss for the wedding???? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ISleevedIt 380 Posted March 17, 2013 I just walk at least 5 miles a day. Weekends I add an additional mile or two to change it up. get all your fluids in and Proteins. hopefully this'll help.
