13 days out stall on weight loss not for sure what to do I was loosing 1.5-1lbs a day??I know I need more water..

Keep your Water and Protein up it will pass. It happens to all of us.

Just ride it out..I went through the same thing after 2 weeks, I was getting depressed then talked to my Nut and she said that was normal, and not to worry about it. I started losing again when I was 4 weeks.
