Hi all the levers out there!! I have a question about nausea. Every morning I wake up and feel so sick. Once I get up and on my feet I start to feel better but takes about an hour to feel somewhat better. It has been 1 solid month since my surgery and my food is pretty back to normal, just eat a lot less, but can anyone shed some light on feeling sick. Please. And thank u

Probably just increased acid. Are you on an acid reducer? I take protonix daily and haven't had a problem.

I have Prilosec but advent taken it. Nausea happens mostly in the am only so I just fight with it and it fades but I'm sick of feeling sick. So maybe I should start taking it

It could also be dehydration. There are times I wake up and feel just horrible, once I start drinking Water I feel so much better. I takes about an hour for it to start working. So I have started to sleep with a water bottle next to me. If I wake up I take a sip of Water. Since I have been doing that, my mornings have been better.

I was nauseated from the day I left the hospital but quickly learned that I had to eat something every 2 hrs. Since eating every few hours my nausea has been so much better. I also eat some Protein right before I go to bed and that has helped me with the morning nausea. Hope this helps!!!
