I was told by my doctor 4 0z / half a cup of what ever your eating at each meal. But there are things that you can eat more of. I measure my meat, chicken and fish on a scale 2 or 3 ounces because I get full fast off of that. I also go by serving size according to whatever I'm eating. The most important thing is to Listen to your sleeve! Even if you measured out 4 ounces but get only 3 in and feel uncomfortable stop! I'm not sure what other might say about this but if I eat 4 ounces and am ok I eat a little more. Each time I eat its different. Sometimes I can eat 2 Ounces some times more or less. It isn't the density because it can be the same thing just a different time.

How big is the tofu slice? What is a spoon? Teaspoon, tablespoon or ladle? At six months I probably eat a little more Protein say 2-3 ounces and a 1/4 cup veggies. As others have said some days I can eat more than others, but not much.
