About Camphell's 98% fat free soups

Is it ok to drink this Soups and creams during my diet or will it slow down the process?

It depends on what stage you are at. Cream Soups were fine after my clear liquid stage, but was told to watch liquid calories when I started solids.

Soups are fine at the full liquids stage, but be aware they do have a lot of sodium. This caught me by surprise when I used lots of them in recipes at Thanksgiving...wow! Talk about Water WEIGHT!!! Whew! I drank gallons of water to wash that stuff out!

liquid calories after the post op phase are wasted calories and go right through the band they give NO restriction. I stayed clear of any liquid calories. Most doctors wil ltell you to not drink liquid calories and stay away from soft foods that also go through the band to quickly.
