smilingrl2012 2 Posted March 16, 2013 I was sleeved at the end of November, I weight 265 and I have lost 55 pounds. I work out 5 days a week and all is well. I am going to start jogging/running because I am doing a couple 5k this summer!! Any suggestions?! Bought an arm band for running!! thanks sleeve friends!
