Congrats on the new beginning !![/quote'] I'm doing good...moving around a lot. I'm still feeling some pain on my right side but its tolerable. I just mixed up 11oz premier chocolate Protein shake, 1/4 banana, 2Tbsp Peanut Butter, 6-8 ice cubes and blend its delicious. Try that maybe you'll like it. I still have a hard time getting my Protein in but I'm trying. I get in probably around 30-40g a day. I need 60-70g, so I really need to work on it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
