No Dietary Restrictions

Met with my nutritionist today and I am officially allowed to eat anything I want.

I've not demonstrated any food intolerances and need to boost my Protein and caloric intake.

It's weird though because I don't really don't feel like introducing anything new.

The purpose of this post is to give people encouragement and hope that life gets pretty normal regarding food and as long as you stick to the basics and listen to your body, you'll do great!
