JessicaAnn 564 Posted March 15, 2013 For either the clear liquid or full liquid part of the diet. I make home made chicken broth with Water, chicken, onion, carrot, parsnip, dill, and a pinch of salt. If I strained all of the chunks out I'm assuming I could use it for my clear liquid diet. Then for full liquid just purée up the veggies and chicken in the broth. Would that count for Protein? Calories? How much?
Pookeyism 1,143 Posted March 15, 2013 Also consider a juicer. you can juice your veggies and fruit, and add Vitamin Water. its more like playing with your food really. Get on line for some good recipies.
UK Cathy 977 Posted March 15, 2013 You can use my fitness pal to work out Protein, carbs etc for a recipe. You just put in your ingredients and say how many the recipe feeds and the program works out everything for you.
