katsnirvana 4 Posted March 15, 2013 I am nine days post op vertical sleeve. I was 221 day of surgery. One day post op I was 233. Took a week just to get back down to 221. Now am at 216. Losing about a pound a day for last few days. Is that about average? Any input? Also diarrhea hits me anytime I try any puréed foods. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Enjoy the pound a day weight loss while it lasts.....mine slowed way down after the first month, and even more after month 2. Congratulations on your surgery, sounds like you are right on track!
