tmposton 49 Posted March 15, 2013 I am just curious as to how long will you generally be out of work. I am a front office manager for a pain management physician's office and sit on my bum 95% of the day. My office has only been open a couple of months and my helpers would be lost without me. I seriously think my office would go under ( not being conceited at all just telling the truth )!

tmposton 49 Posted March 15, 2013 I'm an office manager at a car dealership. I had surgery on a Monday and returned to work the next Monday. But my surgery and recovery was exceptionally easy. My office's owner actually told me that I need to schedule my appointments on my days off since I only work 3 days a week. I have had 2 major back surgeries in the last 2 years and my surgeon is only in for follow ups on Wednesdays. I just had back surgery in June and I got in trouble for having to go on a Wednesday. I'm just afraid of losing my job since I don't have FMLA yet and who knows when we will get it.
