any alternatives to optifast?

Im going on my preop diet fairly soon and i dont want to get Optifast because of my DRs price. Are their any alternatives that i can do? Any suggestions will be very helpful!

Yes, Premier shakes from costco or SAMs clubs. Much cheaper. I did that and lost a a fair amount of weight.... I use those even now everyday. My nut says to drink 2 a day post op. They are 30 grams of Protein each. I also ate one Protein Bar a day.... Not sure if your Dr. Will allow that for you pre op. My Dr. Did. Best wishes
