devichan 79 Posted March 14, 2013 Could someone let me know when's the best time to take my B-complex pre-surgery? Mornings, noons, evenings? With food/without food? Also, after surgery, is it OK to crush up B-complex and put it in a drink?
joatsaint 2,814 Posted March 14, 2013 I take my Vitamins and B-12 in the mornings. If I take them after 4pm, I have a hard time falling asleep. I read that B-12 is best absorbed in liquid form, usually sub-lingual - hold it under your tongue. Swallowing B-12 destroys some of its benefits.
deltadawn817 106 Posted March 14, 2013 I take liquid and take a dropper full at 4 different times of the day.
