Mozzy562 6 Posted March 14, 2013 Hi ladies, Im about 6 weeks post op and guess what! Auntie Flo is coming to visit soon!!! Omg! I'm having cravings! chocolate & Chips! What am I going to do... Im on soft foods for another week. What can I eat instead of the bad stuff to fulfill my cravings that will be satisfying. Help! I'm bloating and cranky . Katie713 423 Posted March 14, 2013 The dark chocolate sugar free Jello Mousse's are really good. I think they only have like 60-70 calories and are a whipped consistency. Healthy choice makes a really good frozen greek yogurt. SF hot chocolate? It always helps me lose weight after it though. If you do slip don't beat yourself up about it, just get back on track after. we are human, we defiantly aren't perfect.
