Doesn't matter to me what phase I just want to her some good eats with protien. I'm only getting in 600 cal and I'm in week 5 th week. march 20 th starts week 6. Love to hear your Protein ideas. notmeanymore 629 Posted March 14, 2013 My 3 favorite go-to's lately are turkey Jerky (13 grams Protein per ounce), tilapia filet (26 grams protein per filet) and soy nuts (roughly 11 grams protein per ounce). I really try to maximize my itty bitty sleeve with the most protein I can get in. I fry it on a lower heat to get the moisture out and crisp it up. Tofu isn't really high in carbs, I buy mine at trader joes... Also after you dry fry it you can do different things with it...like marinade in anything (it is tasteless so will soak up any flavor) and stir fry with veggies I like it marinaded sometimes but I will also eat it just straight from the fridge cold after dry frying it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Threetimesacharm 1,400 Posted March 14, 2013 To the OP: cottage cheese, cheese strings, tuna, haddock, salmon(any fish really is very high in protein), turkey(higher in Protein than chicken), turkey/chicken luncheon meat, eggs, morningstar farms products, babybel, nuts(pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds).
