50 lb mark

It's been 3 1/2 months since my surgery and I have finally hit 50 lbs down. I have to say that out if all the weight loss diets and all I am the most proud of this accomplishment. It's been a difficult road and to finally lose this weight is great. Still have quite a ways to go but it's fantastic.

Pre Op: 298lb / Surgery Day: 288lb / Week 1: 278lbs / Week 2: 267.5lbs / Week4: 263.7lbs.
