Hi!

I wanted to share the link to my personal weight loss blog. I started this blog as a way to keep my friends and family in the loop about my weight loss journey, but I also wanted to be as candid and open as possible about my personal struggles and demons with my weight so that others who are going through or have gone through the same struggles could relate. My hopes in doing this is that someone will be inspired and motivated by what I post. :)
