cbd 78 Posted March 14, 2013 It is odd but there was a discussion on this site last month about not getting up to pee during the night. Seems like most people...all drinking their fluids don't have to pee as often. I don't know why.
mvickyway 256 Posted March 14, 2013 I've noticed this too. I keep rethinking my amounts but they are good. Maybe it is a good thing? The output looks fine except for the bright Vitamin color
Richard Foor 655 Posted March 14, 2013 This is quite possibly because while we are increasing the amount of actual liquid we drink you are not getting as much liquid out of the foods that you eat. This is why getting the liquids in is so much more important now because the body normally gets it's hydration from a combination of the food and liquid that we drink. The amount we pee out is the excess Fluid that our body didn't use. Also increased exercise / activity will increase the amount of liquids the body needs to use. *Dean* 1,594 Posted March 14, 2013 I agree with Richard. Also your body uses Water to metabolise fat, so maybe you have a big lose coming up?
