kj44 215 Posted October 15, 2013 I was sleeved on April 4th. I have been losing but a lot slower than most. So far I am down 68lbs have about 70 more to reach my goal so I've lost half in six months. It's been a fight for each pound these past two months. I eat between 600-800 cal a day. Get 70-100grms of Protein in and do very little steady exercise my knees r still very painful and it's hard to use my treadmill asking for an exercise bike for my birthday. Restriction is still there but I can get down crackers and candy no prob.I have to watch what I eat still. I stall then ill drop then the cycle repeats itself. Miss_mam1102 0 Posted October 25, 2013 I was able to squeeze into the April 3rd date!! woo hoo!! Who else is on the 3rd?? I am doing the very same thing. I am eating very few carbs.
