Chaparra 85 Posted March 14, 2013 I went through the same thing. I think I was over exercising and not eating enough calories. Since I couldn't really change the calorie intake and still make healthy choices, I decided to cut out the exercising for a week. I lost all that I gained and am now starting to exercise again, but not as much.
.......... 129 Posted March 14, 2013 as I hit plateus I have seen a small gain of a few pounds just prior and unfortunatley with me that sticks until the weight starts falling again. Have gotten 3 plateus that lasted and am out over 3 months. During this I was able to loose inches and not pounds, and did exercise and stayed close to diet for loss,
Delena2/11 59 Posted March 14, 2013 I'm a month out and I had the same thing happen to me for a week. I think we just shocked the hell out of our system and it is trying really hard to keep things as they were. Not gonna happen! Don't worry, it will come off. I am now drinking drinking drinking btwn meals and I only "eat" three times a day. If I'm hungry before bed I'll have a fudge sickle or a Greek yogurt but I try to eat nothing but "protein and produce" at my meals. I read that in a book. I think I was eating too much (still not much) but not drinking enough. This has really helped me and the scales moving again. I know I should not be so obsessed with the scale but I cannot seem to help it! It's like heroine! It calls to me. Good luck you will do just fine!
