Any helpful tips out there ? Holy smokes! I am a week out too and my diets expanded to creamy Soups. I had a few spoons of watered down Tomato a bit ago. So far so good but damn, I was just about to take the dog for a walk and now you have me afraid I'm gonna lose it and my dog will have to pick up after me! Guess I'll take extra bags!
