gsleeved 5 Posted March 15, 2013 Slim - Another idea that I'm trying that I can suggest. Consider creating a video blog of your journey. Post it on Youtube and make it either public or private. Even if nobody else watches it you will always be able to go back and retrace the journey and maybe the little added focus on the journey itself will have keep you committed to the things you need to do to make the most of the surgery and the new lease on life. The first few days were a little tough but then I was ok. I'm feeing better, sleeping better, and feeling less back pain. Today and yesterday were a little bit of a struggle -'I've been feeling kinda hungry and having to fight it off sucks. I'm getting more and more excited for the surgery on Tuesday but at the same time wishing I was past it. I also with I never would have had to get to this point but that's understandable I guess.
