pudding or Gelatin or both? I went to buy some today and they have both and no one has specified lol

I think the Gelatin ... the one in the blue box... its sugar free.. i bought some today too

They have sugar free Jellos and puddings, I've seen people suggest both. It's really a taste preference I think.

Gelatin for Clear Liquids and pudding for full liquids if your doctor allows that (mine didn't)--both sugar free
