My goal is 175 my basketball playing weight but I've stalled for a couple of months :-( sleeved may 31 2012. I wanna reach the wonderland I'm down from a size 18 pants to 13/14. Any advice

change youre routine around and make sure youre getting all your liquids in...sorry typing with one hand down.

Girl your skinny your looking amazing I'm in a stall for a week now and it scares me that I'm going to be in one for awhile I hope not I'm 7 weeks out I was SW: 290 CW : 246 hope it works out good luck I guess it just takes patience and u have them

You're on your way! Remember that not all progress is on the scale! Take the opportunity while your weight is staying the same to maybe up your fitness, or to start some strength training, etc. You'll break through this stall!
