New journey an im exicited

Hey everyone my names Trista I'm 23 years old from Alabama. I am starting my six months of Doctor visits with my family doctors before my actually surgery.. I am super pumped about what's to come out of this an happy with the choice I've made!! The doctor told me I have to lose twenty pounds before my actually surgery bc it shrinks the liver an it's a lot better on me an him during the surgery but I have actually decided I want to lose 35 I've also went ahead an started doing Protein Shakes an of a course the dieting.. I'm obviously excited about the surgery but Im also worried about the first month after the surgery an don't know what to expect so ANY ADVICE OR ANYTHING YOU HAVE THAT COULD HELP ME ILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IT )

I don't have any advice for post surgery because my surgery isn't until April 10th. I just wanted to wish you good luck on your journey ahead and I look forward to seeing you on the loser's bench.
